Jenny and Dana Win WARF Innovation Award!
Congratulations to our PI Jenny Gumperz and our Associate Scientist Dana Baiu on winning the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation’s 2020 Innovation Award. Dana and Jenny have focused their work on developing an iNKT-DC conjugate immunotherapy. By combining two kinds of cells found in the body, their technology could open up a potentially transformative new approach to treating cancer, one that is faster and more specific than current methods.
